To access all features in the app and create stories and charts, you will need an All Access Pass. Passes can be purchased for the year or 6-months.
Currently Giant Leap™ works on iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. Using your username and password you created when signing up, you can sign in on multiple devices to access your profiles, stories and charts.
Your school can purchase Giant Leap™ licenses via purchase order. Call us at (561) 223-6568 so we can assist you. Apple also has a Volume Purchase Program for schools and other businesses. Visit https://volume.itunes.apple.com/store for details.
1. Check the small switch of your device (located next to the volume Button). Sometimes it is used as mute button.
2. Control Center Notifications: swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open control center -in the center of the popup there is an option to adjust the volume
You will need internet connection for the following steps. First you should have received an email upon registration containing your username. If you did NOT receive this email it means your device was not connected to the internet when you signed up. Simply connect to the internet to receive that email. While still connected, enter your email in the app and then click “Forgot Password.” An email will be sent with a link to reset your password.
